Spiritual Cannabis Cultures

The spiritual cannabis cultures from around the world have always viewed the cannabis plant as a gift from the Gods. When properly used the cannabis plant can assist a person in many ways during spiritual growth and development. The cannabis plant has the power to raise a person vibratory frequency and level it out. This aids in spiritual meditation by assisting the focus of intent in order to receive divine guidance and direction. A higher vibratory frequency assists in manifestation through positive affirmations with the mind focused like a divine laser.  During times of high-stress levels, cannabis can help relax or calm so you can begin to focus on what’s really important. Cannabis has been apart of spiritual rites and offerings dating back to the ancient times of antiquity. According to the Dogon Tribe, Mali Africa cannabis comes from the two dog star Sirius A and B. The Dogon tribe had knowledge of the Sirius star system prior to the NASA discovery in the year 1862. Without any modern technology even though the Dogon tribe was accurate, the tribe was still considered primitive by Europeans with their advanced technology.                                   In ancient Kemet/Egypt cannabis is linked to the deity Seshat the Goddess of the written word, and the keeper of the house of life. Her consort is the God Tehuti also the God of the written word. In ancient Kemet/Egypt cannabis was used for medical, spiritual, and cultural purposes. Cannabis was also found in the tomb of Ramses II. The history of cannabis is a long and interesting story, the cannabis plant started being utilized in central Asia somewhere around 12,000 BC and has been a very reliable crop for “ancient Asians”. In the year 2003 Chinese archaeologist unearthed a 2,800-year-old mummy buried with a sack of marijuana. Cannabis in Asia was used for industrial, psychoactive, and medicinal purposes. Cannabis was added to their official list of natural medicine prior to European ruling class influences on a worldwide scale. This influence leads the way to 180 countries signing the United Nations single convention on Narcotic Drugs treaty promising to keep marijuana illegal in 1961.                                                                                                      In India, the God Shiva and the Goddess Kali Maa ring universal bells within the spiritual cannabis culture. Kali Maa with her counterpart Lord Shiva the destroyer, they are the destroyers of unreality. Lord Shiva is known as the Lord of Bong (cannabis) and only a true devotee of Lord Shiva will partake in consuming cannabis.  When consumed It is said to assist them in their focus on God, and feelings such as anger or lust fade awayDevotional ceremonies to the Goddess Kali Maa involve cannabis ingestion and ritual wholistic sex, which is directed at raising the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine up into the higher centers of the brain. Cannabis, in all its forms, has been intricately associated and linked with Goddess worship in many cultures throughout the world,  and throughout history reconnecting us to our ancient past that can not simply be forgotten or misunderstood.

The Goddesses of Life and Death Kali Maa

Kali Maa is a Hindu goddess who brings the death of the ego as the illusory self-centered view of reality. She has a dark complexion also know as the color black. Black absorbs every other color and is the complexion representing the divinity of God going back to the ancient times. Symbolic of her color and the ability to devour everything. Such as aspects of the human lower-self ego, anger, lust, and unpure desires all get converted into ashes. By the virtue of fire or tapa (kundalini fire). Kali Maa is often depicted stepping on Lord Shiva she is the power and matter (nature) he is the witness or the seer (To see what the future holds through supernatural insight.) Shiva and Kali grant liberation by removing the illusion of the ego. We are the eternal I AM ( A divine spiritual being having a physical experience.) and not just simply the body. With her counterpart Lord Shiva the destroyer, they are the destroyers of unreality. Kali is one of the manifestations of the Goddess Devi Jaganmata (Jaganmata meaning mother of the world.) Devi is the sum of all manifestations or forms of the Mother. Other forms are Lakshmi who is the Hindu goddess of wealth, fortune and prosperity. Another form is Durga which means she who takes us beyond all difficulties. She is the divine energy that protects the soul from duality, adversity, and opposition, known and unknown. As Durga-Tara she delivers us across the turbulent ocean of ignorance to the radiant shores beyond all darkness. She carries us overall dangers like a ship across the sea a Goddess of Strength and Justice who brings compassion, peace, calm and order to the chaos, destruction, and conflict in any situation. She is born from the power of tapas, the wholehearted concentration of our aspiration to immutable truth. She is the spiritual fire on Earth who removes all impurities for the soul to shine.

Devotional ceremonies to the Goddess Kali Maa involve cannabis ingestion and ritual wholistic sex, which is directed at raising the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine up into the higher centers of the brain. Cannabis, in all its forms, has been intricately associated and linked with Goddess worship in many cultures throughout the world,  and throughout history reconnecting us to our ancient past that can not simply be forgotten or misunderstood.
